If you look closely enough, although it’s hard to read Jillian’s name on the key, it is much easier to read Gary’s name on his key (although not super easy) and she clearly does not pick up his name.

Like I feel bad too because Gary should have won (not my personal thought I wanted Jillian to win I mean that the vote was supposed to be Gary’s) but the rules were obviously quite clear and you CAN see her pick up Jillian’s card.
